McMILLIAN, Circuit Judge.

Allen F. Martin appeals pro se from a district court1 order dismissing his complaint for failure to state a claim. Appellant brought his claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 seeking declaratory, injunctive and monetary relief for numerous alleged violations of his eighth amendment rights by Arkansas prison officials and employees.
