In this workers’ compensation case, employer Hillcrest Foods, Inc. (Hillcrest) and its insurance carrier, Royal-Globe Insurance Companies, appeal from a Superior Court pro forma decree dismissing the employer’s petition for review of the employee’s incapacity.
