Susan Martinez (“Susan”) appeals the final summary judgment entered in favor of her stepson, Isaac Martinez (“Isaac”), which effectively dismissed Isaac as a respondent fi’om the dissolution of marriage litigation between Susan and her husband, Jared Martinez (“Jared”). For the following reasons, we reverse.
