Petitioner (employer) appeals from an order of the Workmen’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which *567affirmed the order of a referee reinstating workmen’s compensation benefits payable to respondent (claimant) pursuant to section 413 of The Pennsylvania Workmen’s Compensation Act, Act of June 2, 1915, P.L. 736, as amended, 77 P.S. §772. We affirm.
