hAt issue in this writ application is a claim by insureds against the agents on their property insurance policies for damages arising from alleged misrepresenta tions and breach of fiduciary obligations by the agents in the course of their business dealings with the plaintiffs. The trial court granted defendant agents’ Motion for Summary Judgment, and the plaintiffs/relators applied to this Court for supervisory review of that judgment.
