Appeal from judgments of conviction entered in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, Nicholas J. Tsoucalas, Judge, United States Court of International Trade, sitting by designation, after a jury trial of a one-count indictment charging defendants-appellants with conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and 846 (1982).
