The appellant, personal representative of her father’s estate, appeals a summary judgment in favor of the decedent’s wife. 1 The issue before the probate court was to determine the parties’ claims of ownership of Conti-Tech Investments Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands (BVI).
