— Reversing.
In December, 1898, a certain lot in the City of Louisville was sold for taxes due the State and County. No ' one bid thereon and the Sheriff bought it in for the State. *274The same lot was again sold for taxes for the years 1899, 1900, 1901, 1902, 1903, 1904 and 1908. Again the State became the purchaser. These sales were reported by the sheriff in writing to the clerk, as required by section 4162, Kentucky Statutes, and these reports were duly recorded by the clerk.
