This is a suit brought in equity, to set aside a deed alleged to have been obtained by fraud and duress, and for an accounting. The appellants, Wilbur C. Shipman, Frances S. Coulter and Pearl Coulter, hér husband, who will hereinafter be referred to as plaintiffs, brought the suit against appellees, Laura F. Moseley, and Aden L. Moseley, her husband, the Pure Oil Company, and Clarence T. Smith, trustee of Syndicate “C,” but by agreement of counsel the rights of the Pure Oil Company and Clarence T.
