— Defendant in this case was indicted by the grand jury of Maricopa county, together with W. J. Kingsbury, Thornton Jones, Jr., and W. W. Kingsbury, for the crime of willful misapplication of the funds of the Farmers & Merchants’ Bank of Tempe, Arizona. She duly filed in the superior court of Maricopa county a motion to quash and set aside the indictment, which motion was by the court overruled, as was also a demurrer, whereupon defendant entered a plea of not guilty.
