This suit was brought to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff as a result of the negligence of the Houston & Texas Central Ry. Co. and the Houston Electric Company. On the verdict of a jury in favor of defendants a judgment was rendered and the plaintiff has appealed.
