The charges, upon which judgment of conviction is based, and the tendencies of the evidence taken at the trial below are accurately stated in the brief of the Assistant Attorney General. We quote:
“Defendant, a colored man, was indicted for burglary, grand larceny, and receiving stolen property. He was tried by a jury and convicted for receiving stolen property, and sentenced to twelve months hard labor for Jefferson County.
