The petition in this matter reads as follows:

“That plaintiff and Lillian Gordon were married on the 19th day of November, 1928, and have lived together as man and wife since that date. That at the time of their marriage, Lillian Gordon Willis did not have any separate property or funds and she has not received any separate property or funds by donation or otherwise since said date. That all of the property accumulated by either of them entered the community of acquets and gains existing between them. That there has never been a separation of bed or board or of property…
