Timothy Washington entered a conditional guilty plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and the district court sentenced him to 21 months’ imprisonment followed by 3 years of supervised release. He appeals from the district court’s order denying his motion to suppress evidence obtained after police officers stopped the vehicle he was riding in for having a cracked windshield.
