BEACH, J.
The petitioner, Eddie Orellana, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court denying his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner claims that the court erred by (1) rejecting his claim that his trial counsel rendered ineffective assistance, (2) rejecting his claim that his appellate counsel rendered ineffective assistance and (3) determining that his due process rights were not violated. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
