Affirming.. Overton Adams, an unmarried man, resided in Lincoln County, Kentucky, on a farm of one hundred and two and one-half acres, of which he was the owner of an undivided one-third interest. A sister resided with him, and previous to his death, which occurred on the 23rd day of December, 1905, his sister died. The appellee, J. T. Wells, for several years previous to the death of Adams, also resided with him, but exactly upon what terms is not shown.
