In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the defendant F. Garafolo Electric Co., Inc. (Garafolo) appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Vaccaro, J.), dated September 1, 1983, as denied Garafolo’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against it and the defendant New York City Transit Authority’s cross claim against it.
