Defendant-Appellant Kirk L. Grummitt pled guilty to one count of conspiring to manufacture methamphetamine and to possess pseudoephedrine knowing or having reasonable cause to believe the pseu-doephedrine would be used to manufacture methamphetamine. 21 U.S.C. § 846. The district court 1 , sentenced him to 262 months imprisonment. The court also imposed an eight-year term of supervised release and a special assessment of $100.
