MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
REGAN, District Judge.
This petition for a writ of habeas corpus is here on transfer from the Western District of Missouri. Petitioner is presently serving two consecutive terms of life imprisonment imposed by the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis September 29, 1961, upon petitioner’s pleas of guilty to separate charges of first degree murder and robbery first degree by *584means of a dangerous and deadly weapon.
