Bell, Justice.
S. W. Sisk was convicted of the offense of murder, without a recommendation, and was sentenced to be electrocuted. He filed a motion for a new trial, which was later amended by the addition of fourteen special grounds. The motion was overruled, and he excepted. There is no contention that the evidence did not support the verdict; and the only questions for decision are those raised by the special grounds of the motion for a new trial.
