I. INTRODUCTION

The Court has before it the Debtor’s Objection to Amount of Secured Arrearage and Motion to Determine Amount of Allowed Secured Arrearage of Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. under 11 U.S.C. § 506(b) and 1322(e) (Doc. No. 26) (the “Objection”) and the response thereto filed by Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. as servicing agent for the Bank of New York (“Countrywide”) (Doc. No. 28) (the “Response”).
