This is a suit for damages ex delicto by Beulah Babineaux Stelly against the Texas and New Orleans Railroad Company in which she seeks damages for the death of her late husband, Treville Stelly, who was killed when a car, which he was driving, was struck by a train belonging to the defendant company. Plaintiff's demand is in the sum of $26,000.00.…
