In. an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Putnam County (O’Rourke, J.), entered February 22, 2006, which, upon a jury verdict, is in favor of the defendants Angelo Cumella and Comprehensive Women’s Health, EC., and against *397her dismissing the complaint insofar as asserted against those defendants.

Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law, the complaint is reinstated insofar as asserted against the defendants Angelo Cumella and Comprehensive Women’s Health, EC., and a new trial is granted, with costs to abide…
