This petition in equity comes before this court on the appeal of the respondent, Mary A. O’Connor, from the final decree of the Probate Court for the county of Suffolk, ordering her to deliver to the petitioner certain savings bank deposits standing in the joint names of herself and the petitioner’s intestate, Annie A. O’Brien, and to account for such deposits in a certain fashion. Mary A.
