SOTOMAYOR, Circuit Judge:

Defendant-appellant Darnyl Parker moves this Court to reinstate Mark J. Mahoney as his counsel under the Criminal Justice Act of 1964, 18 U.S.C. § 3006A(c) (“CJA”), after removal by the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Arcara, C.J.) (“Western District”). We hold that the district court did not abuse its discretion in removing Mahoney and appointing new counsel to represent Parker after our remand pursuant to United States v.
