The question presented upon this record is in respect of the proper distribution of a fund by a guardian between two wards. The facts are practically undisputed, and are thus clearly stated in the brief of counsel for the guardian, viz.: “Prior to the year 1879, Frances Croisant, then a widow, married George Getz. < Her first husband’s name was Croisant, and by him she had two children, Elizabeth Croisant and Louis Croisant.
