KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Defendant appeals the district court’s denial of his motion for an order that primary jurisdiction over him is federal. He seeks this determination so that he can serve his federal sentence first and in a federal facility. Defendant pled guilty to two counts of bank robbery in federal court after pleading guilty to an armed robbery and burglary and being sentenced in an Ohio state court.
