OPINION

TOUSSAINT, Chief Judge.

The trial court committed Roger Lee Kindschy indeterminately as a sexual psy chopathic personality (SPP) and a sexually dangerous person (SDP) pursuant to the Minnesota Civil Commitment and Treatment Act, Minn.Stat. §§ 253B.01.23 (2000). On appeal from the judgment of commitment, Kindschy challenges the constitutionality of two sections of the act and the trial court’s finding that Kindschy is “dangerous to others” within the meaning of the act.
