We granted a writ of certiorari in this case so that a review could be had on the judgment of conviction of one Peter J. Quinn for having in his possession for sale for beverage purposes certain intoxicating liquors. The specific charge in the information is that the defendant “ * * * did wilfully, maliciously, feloniously and unlawfully have in his possession for sale for beverage purposes the following described intoxicating liquor * * * contrary to the provisions of Section 13 of Act 15 of the Legislature of Louisiana for the year 1934, as amended * * * The information…
