I. Introduction
Plaintiff Cristina Barbuto filed this action in the Superior Court of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, against Defendants Advantage Sales and Marketing, LLC (“ASM”) and Joanne Meredith Villaruz over alleged employment discrimination and unlawful termination due to Plaintiffs use of medical marijuana.
