This matter is before the Court on a motion for relief from stay filed by First Citizen Bank and Trust Company, Inc. (“First Citizens”) on June 21, 2013, and an objection filed on June 21, 2013, to exemptions claimed by the debtors, John Woodrow Holt, III (“Mr. Holt”) and Carole Ann Cox Holt (“Ms. Holt”) (collectively, the “Holts”).
