In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Mendel *1072Daskal appeals, as limited by his brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Saitta, J.), dated December 18, 2014, as granted that branch of the plaintiff’s motion which was for an order of reference insofar as asserted against him, and denied his cross motion pursuant to CPLR 3215 (c) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against him as abandoned.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
