Appellee Mary E. Howard, as plaintiff below, filed this action against defendant and appellant, T. J. Nicely, administrator of H. G-. Howard, deceased, seeking a judgment against the decedent’s estate in the sum of $1,-070.00 for services, which were not barred by limitations, alleged to have been rendered the decedent under an agreement between him and plaintiff whereby she was to he paid the value thereof.
