Respondent Louis Orlando Turner, Jr. appeals from an order terminating his parental rights to the minor child Baby Boy M.
The materials before this Court reflect that the minor child was born on 13 August 1998 in Wake County, North Carolina. Pursuant to N.C. Gen.
