Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 22, 2014, which assessed Joel S. Charleston for additional unemployment insurance contributions.
Joel S. Charleston operates a small, general law practice out of a fully-equipped office located in the basement of his house and, in 2012, he hired another attorney to perform part-time legal work on behalf of that practice.
