Appellants/Plaintiffs Lyn Leone, Omari Vaden, et al., ("the Class") appeal from the trial court's denial of their motion for a preliminary injunction against Appel-lees/Defendants the Commission of the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles, et al., ("the BMV").1 The Class contends that it has satisfied all of the requirements for the grant of a preliminary injunction, while the BMV argues that the Class has satisfied none.
