¶ 1. On March 28, 2013, Flowood Police Department Officer Kyle Himmell initiated a traffic stop of Eric Pelletier for an inoperable tag light. After Pelletier gave permission, Officer Himmell conducted a search of Pelletier’s vehicle. During his search, Officer Himmell found a pill bottle containing twenty-four dosage units of lis-dexamfetamine, also known as Vyvanse, a Schedule II controlled substance; metallic knuckles; and a switchblade knife.
