On October 13, 1866, Sarah L. Yoemans •obtained a policy from the Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, in the sum of five thousand dollars, upon the-life of her husband, Thomas D. Yoemans, payable to herself, or, .in case of her death, to her surviving children. She died August 28, 1892, her said husband and five children surviving her. Her husband, upon whose life the policy was issued, died February 21, 1900, said five children surviving him.
