UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT DISTRICT OF CONNECTICUT MATTHEW ALLEN, Plaintiff, v. No. 3:20-cv-1276 (JAM) RAFIK SIDAROS et al., Defendants. ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS The plaintiff has filed this lawsuit against two doctors who were in charge of his care while he was subject to court orders of involuntary commitment and mental health treatment at a state hospital. The plaintiff seeks an award of money damages against the two doctors for violating his constitutional rights.
