Appellant Kyle Vonder Haar appeals the trial court’s summary judgments in favor of Respondents Six Flags Theme Parks and the City of Eureka on Appellant’s petition for personal injuries and wrongful death. Appellant was seriously injured and his parents and three siblings were killed in a disastrous car accident on Interstate 44 while on their way to Six Flags. Appellant alleges twelve points of error.
