delivered the opinion of the court., This suit was commenced February 11, 1895, in the Circuit Court of the United States for the Eastern District of Louisiana by the Plaquemines Tropical Fruit Company, a. New Jersey Corporation, against the defendants in error “William Henderson and Henry J. Leovy, citizens of Louisiana.

It is, in effect, a suit to quiet the title of the, plaintiff to certain lands in the Parish of Plaquemines in the State, and to restrain the defendants from committing trespasses thereon.
