Re: Whether payments made under article 8306, section 8(b) are terminated by marriage of minor child

Dear Mr. Harris:

Section 8 of article 8306, V.T.C.S., the Worker's Compensation Act, provides in pertinent part as follows:(a) If death results from the injury, the association shall pay the legal beneficiaries of the deceased employee a weekly payment equal to. . . .(b) . . .
