Pending in this patent litigation are two motions: plaintiffs motion to strike from defendant and third-party defendants’ expert reports invalidity defenses based on indefiniteness to the extent not raised in those parties’ February 13, 2017 disclosures and defendant and third-party defendants’ motions for leave to amend their invalidity contentions to add those newly disclosed defenses.
