Pro se plaintiff Carlos C. Jimenez (“Jimenez”) is an employee of the United States Postal Service (“USPS”). He brings this employment discrimination suit against the Postmaster General under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”). In his complaint (“Complaint” or “Compl.”), Jimenez claims that the USPS discriminated against him, based on his race and national origin and in retaliation for his filing of earlier Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”) complaints.1 Specifically,…
