James Scott (“Scott”), John Kuhlmann (“Kuhlmann”), and the Golden Eagle Reserve Association (“the Association”), collectively referred to as “plaintiffs”, appeal from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Ranch Roy-L and the Schaeffers, collectively referred to as “defendants”.
