OPINION OF THE COURT

PALMER, Judge:. A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted the appellant contrary to his pleas of one specification of attempted sexual assault and one specification of abusive sexual contact, in violation of Articles 80 and 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 880 and 920.1 The military judge sentenced the appellant to 2 years’ confinement,2 reduction to pay grade E-l, and a dishonorable discharge. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged.
