—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Cirigliano, J.), rendered March 6, 1992, convicting him of rape in the first degree (two counts), sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), and endangering the welfare of a child (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and a new trial is ordered.
