Plaintiffs, John and Dora Black, appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Clair County granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Illinois Fair Plan Association and Marion M. Clore. All parties filed motions for summary judgment prior to trial and attached thereto affidavits and portions of discovery depositions.
