Lowe, III, J.), entered October 28, 2009, which denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction or on the ground of forum non conveniens, unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs, and the motion granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing the complaint.

Even assuming that defendant transacted business in New York, CELR 302 (a) (1) does not authorize the courts to exercise jurisdiction over it, because there is no relationship between defendant’s transaction of business and plaintiffs…
