In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Posner, J.), *426dated March 14, 1988, which, after a hearing, granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment and dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
